Do you have a Vision Board, Vision Book or even a Vision Box? If not, I suggest that you start collecting images and words that define who you are, why you are and where you want to be. A few of my business partners and I attended an "I Can See Clearly Now" workshop conducted by Rhonda Ferebee and her Positive with Purpose organization. We had three speakers representing the Mind, Body and Spirit.
Mind
Ms. Kimberly Day Hardy -- In Purpose Enterprises. She asked us to focus on where we want to be and not to build a vision board based on things that we worship. We were to be specific our theme for our board. Lastly to place our board where it could be seen. She also stressed the importance of making the connection to what the Lord wants for us in our life.
Body
Michele Banks - P.O.W.E.R. (Power for Optimal Wellness and Economic Rebirth)
Now I was really excited about meeting Michele because she represents the missing link to our Health and Wellness focus. She stressed that as we build our vision board to focus on the inside...she called it being 'super conscious' about what you want.
Spirit
My dear friend, Shaun Stephenson brought the word for the spirit. You have to know who you are in order to achieve our dreams. We must line up our vision with our spiritual self. We must set our goals to achieve but we must purpose them to live.
Spiritually connect to your vision...Be It! Do it! Have It! In order to have it you must first be who you want to be and do the things that will take you to that place in your life that will prepare you to have it.
